This past Sunday in the middle of all the cookouts and clubbing I was able to catch the Lights Out Tour featuring Kelly Rowland and The Dream. I was more interested in staring at Kelly but The Dream has plenty of hits I was interested in hearing.

Some concerts are good because of the music, others the atmosphere and others because of some random WOW moment(s) that happens when you see something you’ve never seen before. The sold out Stay Trippy Tour featuring Juicy J and A$AP Ferg had all those things and made for one of the best shows I’ve ever been to.
Updated list of upcoming shows and concerts from now until November. I will start doing these regularly, once a month, so you all can know ahead of time.

On Monday I went to the Verizon Center to see the Diamonds World Tour headlined by Rihanna and featuring A$AP Rocky. 3 shows had already been cancelled or rescheduled, including the Baltimore show, but luckily Rihanna was feeling well and the show went on as planned. Rihanna is one of the biggest artist in the world and this was my first arena show for the site so I was excited.
The second show I went to Saturday night featured Mavado at LOVE Nightclub. I went to school in NY (shoutout to RIT) and up there reggae is played just as much if not more than rap at parties. I quickly adjusted and still like the music so I was looking forward to hearing one the genre’s biggest artist live in person.
